             ■Automatically add the ion enhancer for detecting the water sample with low conductivity.

                      ●The principle of Polarography is that the ionic strength in water sample must be enough;

                        otherwise the resulting reaction current due to the low conductivity cannot be detected

                        because of the weak signal.

                   ■ The use of acid solution and change of electrode potential is for cleaning the surface

                      of electrode to lower the frequency of maintenance.

                      ● The principle of Polarography is to apply a fixed voltage on the surface of electrode

                          which will lose its activity gradually due to the resulting oxidation and reduction (redox),

                          and the field data will be reduced to almost zero.

                      ● Although the surface of electrode in general header type instrument coated a layer

                          of Teflon for protection, still need to clean or polish its surface often (regenerate),

                          and change the solution inside the electrode and that is why the maintenance is quite

                          inconvenient. Besides, the speed of water sample (hydrogen peroxide, residual chlorine

                         or dissolved oxygen) also easily affects the measured value because the electrode is

                         directly being put into the pipe.

                      ● Our maintenance of electrode is to simply take out the main electrode from the analysis

                         cup, and wipes its White Gold surface with tissue. If didn’t do the maintenance for a

                         long time, just put it into the concentration 10% of nitric acid, and wipe it with tissue

                         after rinsing.

                      ● If the White Gold electrode completely loses its activity, use the fine sandpaper to

                         polish its surface. No need to maintain the reference electrode and whose service

                         life is about 6~18 months.

                      ● The maintenance of membrane electrode is to disassemble the electrode first,

                         after that, assembling it again.

             ■ The use of large caliber sampling cup and sampling tube causes no pipe blockage.

              ■ The sampling tube and drain tube with large aperture pneumatic valve,

                        which prevents from the blockage caused by fouling and it may happened in traditional

                        solenoid valve.

              ■  If the particulate matter concentration of water sample < 2%,

                        the particle size < 2%, no need to install the filter.

                ■  Chinese graphic operation interface with easy operation,

                        which can analyze data and display the Historical Trend Graph.

                 ■  Auto regular calibration (the cycle time could be set by program).

               ■ No mechanical button. All buttons and keypads are shown on touch screen.

             ■  Both calibration and abnormal message will be recorded for the operators

                        to maintain conveniently.

              ■  It can manually analyze the foreign samples for the person in laboratory

                        The operator just needs to check the dosing regularly.

             ■ The warranty of mechanical units like peristaltic motor and pneumatic valve is a year,

                        and its exact service life is about 1~3 years.

                        The replacement cost for change motor and pneumatic valve is pretty low.
